Electric Slave Motor
A Slave, or Dummy, Motor necessitates professional installation by a qualified electrician to connect to 240v power. It is exclusively governed by two fixed live wires linked to either a physical wall-switch or a Home Automated System. Popular compatible systems encompass Clipsal C-Bus, Philips Z-Wave, and HAI Home Control System. This motor variant does not support remote control operation.

Electric RTS Motor
These motors also demand installation by a qualified electrician to link to 240v power. However, they distinguish themselves from Slave Motors with the inclusion of a radio receiver, paired with a dedicated remote control for operation. Additionally, they can be synchronized with a proprietary "Home Hub App," enabling operation and expanded functionality through mobile devices. Electric RTS motors are available in two variants: Standard and Extra Quiet.

Li-ion Battery Motor
Battery motors eliminate the need for electrical wiring; instead, they are recharged similarly to a mobile phone. Depending on the size and quantity of battery cells, these motors can operate for 3 to 6 months before needing a recharge. Two types of battery motors (1.1Nm or 2Nm) are available to cater to longer, heavier, or frequently used blinds. Li-ion motors employ the same control methods as Electric RTS motors.
